TESTIMONIAL

"C&M recently completed tuck pointing, repairing and sealing our bell tower. The entire project was done with great attention to even the smallest details. The people who worked on this project were courteous, careful and professional in every way. I would highly recommend C&M Restoration to anyone needing any kind of masonry restoration. It has been a pleasure working with C&M."

CONCRETE REPAIR, RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, AND MAINTENANCE  SERVICES

Structural Concrete Repair
Structural concrete repairs are usually performed on columns, beams, walls, decks
     and overhead ceiling surfaces.

Ready Mix Concrete
Ready mix concrete is plant batched concrete which is delivered on-site in transit
mixers. Using ready mix concrete allows for specialty mix designs in large volumes.

Prepackaged Cementitious Repair Materials
Prepackaged cementitious repair materials are manufactured for overhead, vertical
and horizontal applications. Overhead and vertical type materials are most often used
for hand patch applications in small areas. Horizontal type materials are generally
manufactured for fast cures with high compression strengths. The horizontal type
materials are most suitable for fast track projects and emergency repairs.

Dry Process Gunite
Dry process gunite is air placed concrete. Gunite is utilized for overhead and vertical
concrete repair where ready mix concrete cannot be placed within formed areas.

Carbon Fiber Strengthening
Carbon fiber is a light-weight, retro-fit, supplemental reinforcing material. Carbon fiber
can be provided in strand, laminate, and fabric materials. Each of these types of
carbon fiber are most frequently applied to columns, beams, floor and ceiling surfaces
of concrete structures where the structure is under-reinforced or where a structural
modification will require additional reinforcing. Carbon fiber is also utilized in locations
where the original reinforcing has been damaged or compromised.

Caulking
Caulk is a flexible urethane or silicone material which is placed in joints to prevent
moisture intrusion and/or allow for movement.

Expansion Joint Systems
Expansion joints systems allow for movement in horizontal and vertical structures
between dissimilar structures or where engineering design requires placement of an
     expansion joint.

Traffic Bearing Membranes
Traffic bearing waterproofing membranes are applied on concrete surfaces of parking
garages, plaza decks and structural rooftops. Traffic bearing waterproofing
membranes are generally three or four coat urethane systems which can be provided
in a range of basic colors. Traffic bearing waterproofing membranes allow for minor
movement in cracks and various types of joints. Traffic bearing waterproofing
membranes are durable, waterproof and attractive.

Clear Penetrating Sealers
Clear penetrating sealers are primarily utilized to minimize moisture intrusion into
concrete surfaces without affecting the substrates ability to breathe. Clear penetrating
sealers are especially suitable for concrete surfaces exposed to deicing salts such as
     parking garages and sidewalks.

Epoxy Injection
Epoxy injection is utilized to repair structural cracks in concrete columns, beams,
     joists, and deck slabs.
