enthusiasm and passion for his work.

I was so impressed by Bill, we entrusted our 95 year old headquarters building to him for complete exterior Terra Cotta restoration. Bill and his employees treated our building as if it was their own, working tirelessly to bring the project in under budget and ahead of schedule.

Since then, Bill has become the expert we call with any structural or masonry questions. We know that he will be completely honest and fair in his assessment of our needs.

C&M Restoration has recently completed tuck-pointing, repairing and sealing our bell tower. The entire project was done with great attention to even the smallest details.
Research and consultation with an engineer prior to the work facilitated the restoration process. Original construction was in the early 1920's and a lot of thermal cracking had occurred over the years. This has now been properly restored and repaired as needed. The bell tower looks as good as new.

The people who worked on this project were courteous, careful, and professional in every way. It was especially good working with Bill Thomas on this project and when we were able to see up close some needed repairs that weren't planned, he found a way to work them in so that future problems with the masonry would be avoided. Most significantly, the quality of craftsmanship overall was impressive.
