Dear Bill,

As we are approaching the end of the first part of our project together at Community Linc I wanted to take this time to let you know how impressed I am with C&M Restoration. I would like to say that I truly believe that each of your employees truly strive to do their
absolute best all the time. This has been such a great partnership and I look forward to having your company return and finish restoring the remainder of the buildings here at Community Linc. During a meeting that we had in Teresa's office to sign the contract we talk about if you would lower the cost of the project that we would guarantee that when the funds came in your company would do the job. You however stated that you did not want our business that way, that you wanted to earn our business. I am here to say that you have definitely earned all of our future business.

I just want to take a few moments of your time to talk about a couple of your staff. When I asked you to come out and bid this job again and you sent Dylan I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and desire to help our great cause. He took a great deal of time to talk to myself and Teresa here and made us feel at ease with any concerns that we had in regards to the safety of our buildings. Once the project started whenever a question or concern came up it truly seemed like we were your only customers because he would get to the site in a very prompt manner. The dealings that I had with Dylan made the decision to have C&M here a very simple one. I would also like to talk about Tim a.k.a. the Chief. It is my opinion but I truly feel that he is a master craftsman. His
attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. He seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty when a problem would come up or if I had any type of concern. He runs his crew to achieve maximum efficiency and precision and because of him and other like that in your company I believe that there is not another restoration company in the
metropolitan area that can achieve the same results as you. While on the job the crew here was always watching out for the children that decided to get curious and made sure that nothing happened to any of them. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with him as the foreman for this job and I do hope that when the next projects come to you that we will be fortunate to have him and his crew here again.

Bill, thank you so much for the crew that you sent here and the service that you have
provided us. It is obvious to me that you hire only the best that are in the field of restoration. I would absolutely recommend you and your company to any one that would ask. Please convey my appreciation to all of your workers that have been part of this project. Once again it has truly been a pleasure to have C&M Restoration here at Community Linc to help continue in our task.  I look forward to our next project together.
